little messy raindrops

I love the time just after rain…

It brings something new, refreshing… its like one thing was washed away and another came to take its place…

If you look closely at the leaves… they always carry on so many rain-drops… so many heavy rain-drops.

Sometimes I wonder how is it possible to manage that kind of lifting!?

Rain is good. Sometimes we dont like it, but maybe because we don’t like those grey skies, heavy dark clouds and strong, annoying winds…? We don’t like it or maybe we are just afraid?

I mean this kind of weather usually put our mood a little bit down… But then… We shouldn’t be afraid of those dark moments, those shadows… they just mean there’s a light shining somewhere near.
Sun comes as well…

There is a poem I like: “Souls And Rain-Drops” by Sidney Lanier

Light rain-drops fall and wrinkle the sea,
Then vanish, and die utterly.
One would not know that rain-drops fell
If the round sea-wrinkles did not tell.

So souls come down and wrinkle life
And vanish in the flesh-sea strife.
One might not know that souls had place
Were’t not for the wrinkles in life’s face.

I like rain.
