in tranquility

in tranquility
there is no inside and outside
only silence remains

I rest

and in between my breaths
resentment is melting away
joy blooming in me

this is
my book of change

in tranquility
there is no inside and outside
only one remains

and knowledge
that

I came to this world
with the quiet nature
given by Heaven
